At SWRN, we are passionate about delivering great radio, and the wellbeing of our presenters is our up most priority; we ALL need to keep to certain rules and guidelines making sure that we remain professional and can have fun a safe and enjoyable environment. We do not tolerate any bullying towards our volunteers, we all wanna be treated equal with the upmost respect. At SWRN we support and honour our presenters and respect their confidentiality.

Data Protection Act

We here at SWRN, have policies in place in conjunction with Data protection law this is in place to protect our presenters rights. We wont use your data if you don't want us too, we only hold your information for our records and will NOT be shared with other third party organisations and by signing the agreement; you agree that SWRN will not share your personal information with anyone but yourself and SWRN network.

Voulenteer Policy

ALL members joining the SWRN must agree to the terms and conditions of the volunteer contact which can be found below your details will be hold on our system for data protection and anyone who breaches the clauses in the contract will be given a written warning, and possible disciplinary actions being taken, failure to comply with the disciplinary measures your contact will be terminated and all details destroyed. All data will be stored up to two years and your membership renewed.
